TIG Welder AC/DC PATON™ MasterTIG–200
Industrial inverter welding machine MasterTIG-200 AC/DC is designed for welding with direct current (DC), alternating current (AC), pulse current, and pulse-DC current across a wide range of materials, including aluminum, aluminum alloys, steel, non-ferrous metals, and copper alloys (main TIG mode). The unit also supports spot welding (SPOT mode) and welding with coated stick electrodes (MMA mode). In CLEAN mode, the machine provides cleaning of stainless steel parts and welds from oxides and discoloration, as well as polishing of stainless steel products. To use the CLEAN mode, a specialized electrolytic solution for the passivation of high-alloy steels must be purchased separately. Without it, cleaning and polishing stainless steel using this function is not possible.
The TIG AC/DC Welding Machine PATON™ ProTIG–200 is designed for welding:
– TIG AC/DC (direct / alternating current)
– MMA (direct current)
– SPOT (spot welding mode)
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF PATON EQUIPMENT:
- European manufacturing
- Electronic thermal protection system to protect all heat generating parts from overheating
- Reliability thanks to IGBT technology
- Possibility to work with long extension cables as well as with a generator
- Pulsed welding (PULSE function)
- Improved arc glow stability
- Change mode function 2T, 4T, gas cleaning with feeder function
- The devices have voltage spike protection and stabilization system, enabling proper operation in the voltage range of 190V to 260V
- Twice lower power requirements compared to traditional sources
- Optimum melting and correct stitch shape regardless of welding position
3-year manufacturer’s warranty for consumers and companies
The highest quality of workmanship confirmed by a 3-year DOOR-to-DOOR manufacturer’s warranty. ProTIG models are characterized by a compact design in which a number of innovative technological solutions have been applied to increase the reliability of the equipment. The inverter’s reliability in dusty and humid environments has been increased by moving the electronic system to a separate chamber, in addition, the electronic components have been impregnated with a high-class varnish.
