TIG Welding Machine PATON™ StandardTIG–350 – basic data
The PATON™ StandardTIG-350 inverter welder is a high-performance CC/CV machine engineered for professionals and demanding users. Its robust efficiency and versatility make it ideal for high-load applications across industries such as automotive manufacturing, structural steel fabrication, energy, and precision equipment production. This inverter welder delivers exceptional stability when working with a wide range of welding materials and electrodes: tungsten electrodes ranging from 1.0 mm to 4.0 mm, stick electrodes from 1.6 mm to 6 mm, and semi-automatic welding with solid wire diameters from 0.6 mm to 1.4 mm (when paired with an external wire feeder). Its advanced features ensure consistent performance and reliability in demanding industrial environments.
The device of “Standard” series, has been designed for consumers requiring a compact housing with an optimal ratio between portability and functionality of the unit with its full rated current of 350 A. The unit is also suitable for “MMA” welding with electrodes from Ф1.6 mm to Ф6.0 mm and semi-automatic “MIG/MAG” arc welding with solid wire from Ф0.6 mm to Ф1.4. The small size of the welder makes it very mobile, which allows it to perform most tasks in the production sector (field work, workshop work, production from thin sheets, repair and maintenance, agriculture, etc.). The use of an inverter block operating at frequencies of the order of kHz, affects the dimensions of the transformer in the power block, which significantly reduces the weight and dimensions of the machine itself.
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF PATON™ DEVICES:
- European manufacturing
- Electronic thermal protection system to protect all heat generating components from overheating
- Reliability thanks to IGBT technology
- Possibility to work with long extension cables as well as with a generator
- Pulsed welding (PULSE function)
- Improved arc glow stability
- Change mode function 2T, 4T, gas cleaning with feeder function
- The devices have voltage spike protection and stabilization system, enabling proper operation in the voltage range of 320V to 440V
- Twice lower power requirements compared to traditional sources
- Optimum melting and correct stitch shape regardless of welding position
3-year manufacturer’s warranty for consumers and companies
The highest quality workmanship confirmed by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. StandardTIG series models are characterized by a compact design that uses a number of innovative technological solutions increasing the reliability of the equipment. The inverter’s reliability in dusty and humid environments has been increased by moving the electronic system to a separate chamber, and the electronics have been impregnated with high-class varnish.
The reduced welding voltage function during manual metal arc welding (MMA), with the possibility of switching it off, allows the device to operate in hazardous environments. The device is equipped with a protection module against incorrect voltage level (overvoltage or voltage drop). PATON™ StandardTIG welders have an operation stabilization system, so they can be powered from a generator.
