TIG AC/DC Welding Machine PATON™ ProTIG–200 – Welding Kit #1
The advanced TIG AC/DC Welding Machine PATON™ ProTIG 200 is a versatile tool for demanding welders, enabling welding with TIG AC/DC, MMA and spot (SPOT) processes. It offers a maximum welding current of 200 A and is compatible with tungsten electrodes ranging from 1.0 to 3.0 mm in diameter, allowing work on a wide spectrum of materials. Advanced features such as double pulse in TIG DC mode, single pulse in TIG AC mode, non-contact HF arc ignition, the ability to store up to 10 welding profiles, and remote adjustment of welding parameters from the TIG torch provide full control over the process. The equipment ensures stable operation even with long cables, an adaptive fan, and precise gas flow regulation, significantly increasing efficiency. The TIG AC/DC Welding Machine PATON™ ProTIG 200 is a solid and long-lasting investment, offering an excellent quality-to-price ratio. The device of “Professional” series, is designed for consumers requiring compactness and optimal ratio between portability and functionality of the unit with its full nominal current.
The best solution for direct and alternating current welding of a wide range of materials: aluminum, aluminum alloys (TIG AC mode), parts and materials of steel, non-ferrous metals and copper alloys (TIG DC mode). The device can also be used for welding with coated electrodes (MMA mode). In addition, the manufacturer has used in this device SPOT (SPOT) function. PATON ProTIG 200 inverter welder provides excellent contactless ignition, constant and stable electric arc, as well as high quality weld and ease of use. The device has a protection module against under- and over-voltage. By increasing the frequency of the input voltage, which is supplied to the transformer is several times smaller, so the device has several times less weight and dimensions with the same output parameters compared to other devices with similar characteristics.
The TIG AC/DC Welding Machine PATON™ ProTIG–200 is designed for welding:
– TIG AC/DC (direct / alternating current)
– MMA (direct current)
– SPOT (spot welding mode)
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF PATON EQUIPMENT:
- European manufacturing
- Electronic thermal protection system to protect all heat generating parts from overheating
- Reliability thanks to IGBT technology
- Possibility to work with long extension cables as well as with a generator
- Pulsed welding (PULSE function)
- Improved arc glow stability
- Change mode function 2T, 4T, gas cleaning with feeder function
- The devices have voltage spike protection and stabilization system, enabling proper operation in the voltage range of 190V to 260V
- Twice lower power requirements compared to traditional sources
- Optimum melting and correct stitch shape regardless of welding position
3-year manufacturer’s warranty for consumers and companies
The highest quality of workmanship confirmed by a 3-year DOOR-to-DOOR manufacturer’s warranty. ProTIG models are characterized by a compact design in which a number of innovative technological solutions have been applied to increase the reliability of the equipment. The inverter’s reliability in dusty and humid environments has been increased by moving the electronic system to a separate chamber, in addition, the electronic components have been impregnated with a high-class varnish.
