In order to successfully complete your return please ensure you satisfy the requirements below:

In the event you wish to return an order or items on an order you received from Welding Machinery Ireland Killeshandra, Cavan, please read below.

Online Order Return Delivery
If you wish to return an item or entire order within the 21-day returns period, you can do so by sending the item to our address with a courier of your choosing. We do not take responsibility for cost on the returns of this nature.

Damaged or Incorrect Item(s) Dispatched
Where ordered item(s) arrive damaged or incorrect order items are dispatched, Welding Machinery Ireland will organise collection or provide you with a postage label free of charge for you to be able to return the said item/order to us. We cannot issue an item exchange or partial/full refund of your items/order until we receive your return.

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt, were product shows signs of use or wear (e.g. consumable parts used), the associated repair costs will be incurred by the customer.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the product shows signs of use or wear (e.g. consumable parts used), the value of these parts will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned goods, to the bank account provided by the customer.

Important notes:

• Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
• For damaged or incomplete returns, deductions will apply.
• We recommend using trackable shipping for returns.
